Jan Lindsey: I am a massage therapist, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Carson Valley has been my home for over 30 years and I love all it has to offer. Exercise has always been a passion for me and I began teaching exercise classes in 1979. I have been teaching Water Aerobics classes at CVSC for over 9 years and have witnessed the many positive effects our classes have had on the participants. Water aerobics is a safe, effective, and fun workout; come and join us!

Deanna Abbott: I have been a fitness instructor for 30 years, with certifications in Group Fitness/Aerobics Instruction and Spinning/Indoor Cycling Instruction. I am also a certified math teacher. I've taught fitness classes in the Carson Valley area since 1992. I started teaching water aerobics at the CV Swim Center in 2015. When teaching fitness classes, I strive to motivate members to work hard, have fun, and reach their fitness goals.

Reagan Lederman: I love the water! I have been involved in the Aquatic Industry for 16 years, as a lifeguard, swim instructor, coach, water exercise instructor, and a program coordinator. I taught water aerobics for a year in San Diego, CA and happy to be back teaching here. Water Aerobics is my favorite work out. I recommended to so many of my friends and family.

Kim O’Hair: I moved to the Carson Valley 18 years ago with my husband and four Children (now grown). I started doing water aerobics in the early 80’s as part of my maternity workout and have enjoyed it off and on ever since. I still work full time and now have three grandchildren but make water aerobics part of my regular workout program. I became a water aerobics instructor because I enjoy it so much and believe in the benefits it affords people of all ages and fitness levels and most of all, it is really fun! If I can do it, anyone can, so come and join us in a fun invigorating workout.
