FAQs

Do I need to make a reservation to swim?

No, we do not take reservations. We are open to the public during operating hours.

Are there age restrictions for certain pool areas?

The only pool with age restrictions is the “Therapy” pool. Children ages 7-17 are not allowed unless they have a disability and an adult over the age of 18yrs must be in the water with them. Children ages 6 and under are allowed with an adult over the age of 18yrs after 12:00pm to close. The pool is meant for therapy purposes.

What should I bring with me to the swim center?

A fun and positive attitude, swim attire that is cotton free, a towel, and some money for food, drinks and to purchase some cool merch.

Are the pools heated?

Yes, the pools are heated. The Main Indoor/Outdoor pool is 81°. Family, Activity, and Slide pool 84°, Therapy pool 93°

Are there lifeguards on duty at all times?

Yes, safety is our top priority.

Are there membership options available?

Yes, you can pay a daily rate or if you become a regular user, we recommend buying one of our many passes available. Residents do receive discounted prices for membership and rentals.

Is there a maximum capacity for each pool?

Yes, all pools have different capacities/occupancies. Main Indoor pool 350. Main Outdoor pool 300. Family pool 35. Therapy pool 30. Activity pool 60. Slide pool 50.

Can I bring food or drinks into the pool area?

Yes, outdoor pools only and food must be eaten behind the blue line on the deck or in the grass areas. Indoor food must be eaten in the Mezzanine or lobby.

Are there changing rooms and lockers available?

Yes, you can change in the men’s or women’s locker rooms or in the all-gender bathrooms. Monthly and Daily locker rentals are available.

Are the pools accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the entire facility is ADA-accessible. 

What is the policy on flotation devices (e.g., floaties, life jackets)?

We only allow the use of Coast Guard-certified flotation devices and have life jackets available for public use.

Are there any rules regarding swim attire?

Yes, we do not allow clothing with cotton in the pool. Thong bikinis are not allowed in our family facility.

Can I host a birthday party or event at the swim center?

Yes, we have several spaces available for rent as well as after-hours rentals.

How do I report lost items at the swim center?

Talk with the supervisor and cashier on duty. We do have a lost and found and items can be claimed within 7 days.

Is there a first aid station on site?

Yes, we have a first aid room on site, and all lifeguards are certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and  Oxygen, and the aquatic supervisors are also certified Medical Emergency Technicians (EMTs).
